In 1997 our founder, Carlos E. Garcia, PE, began as an electrical contractor specializing in retail stores.

In 2011, PRIME Maintenance was founded and, as time went on, we began performing other maintenance and repair services besides electrical contracting. While gaining experience and familiarizing ourselves with our clients, our list of trades expanded. The request to provide more services led us to increase our trade experience tech staff.
